I am Susanne, a freelance client lead and project manager supporting companies and teams in all things digital.

With over 12 years in the digital sphere, I’ve tackled a great variety of projects – from digital products and websites to apps, digitizing processes and services, brand designs, 360° campaigns and digital marketing.

What ties all these experiences together? A burning passion for innovation, creativity, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. I thrive on initiating projects, driving client services excellence, and motivating teams in cross-functional, agile environments. You could call me a team lead, account director, head of, project lead, or project manager – I wear many hats and embrace each role with gusto.

My adventures have taken me from Madrid to Hamburg, Amsterdam, Berlin, and back to the enchanting streets of Vienna. Along the way, I've boogied with the best at Jung von Matt, AKQA, H&M, Scholz & Volkmer, and Fork Unstable Media, to name a few.

I’ve pitched to more clients than I can count, worked with teams big and small, locally and globally, remote and on-site, for brands both huge and tiny. I’ve spent countless hours debating the truth about agile methods (spoiler: it’s complicated), and always lead by example, embracing both the highs and the lows. I’m still on the hunt for the ultimate WoW. I’ve tried, failed, learned, and laughed through countless projects, always ready for the next exciting challenge.
